Day 01: Arrive in Yangon
Upon your arrival in Yangon, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Visit Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda to see a huge reclining Buddha image, the Shwedagon Pagoda – one of the world’s most spectacular monuments. Enjoy sunset at Pagoda. Drive back to hotel and leisure.

Day 02: Yangon – Fly to Putao
Transfer to the Yangon airport for domestic flight to Putao. Upon arrival, we will transfer you to Putao Trekking Guest house. After refreshment, proceed to Mulashidi to enjoy scenic beauty of suspension bridge over creek. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 03: Putao – Upper Shangaung Village – Wasundum
After breakfast, visit the attractive Putao market with its colourful local tribes such as Rawan, Lisu Kachin. After that, depart by jeep to upper Shangaung (16 km, approx 1 hour). This village houses both Lisu and Rawan tribes. Enjoy some treks to Wasundum village (19 km, approx 6 hours) through Mt. Shangaung at approx 4600 feet (1400 meters) by the shoulder of Mt. Slimatdin 6000 feet (1830 meters). The first day is a good test for this trek, as we have to ascend to 4600 feet (1400 meters) and then descend back to 3000 feet (914 meters) with a distance of 12 miles.
Wasundum is a small Rawan village situates by Namlan creek. Have a picnic lunch on the way and dinner will be served with delicious local style.

Day 04: Wasang Dam – Ziya Village
After breakfast leave the village for Ziyadum. First cross Namro Creek to Awadum village (6.4 km, approx 2 hours). Awadum village is mainly inhabited by Lisu tribe and separate in to two by a large paddy field. Here we cross a suspension bridge that span Namlang creek to Kalang (Rawan tribe). On a sunny day, we will find blazing Mt. Phonyin Razi just a hand reach away. After a short lunch stop continue to Ziyadum (5.6 km, approx 2 hours) through deeper evergreen forest. Ziyadum, situate at an altitude of 3440 feet (1050 meters) is the most northwestern and last frontier village in the Putao region, mainly inhabited by Rawan tribe. There will be plenty of time to settle down once we arrive at Ziyadum. It is recommended to visit Ziya creek for a fantastic sunset view with blazing Snow Mountains in the west which spark in to steady flowing Ziya creek. A pre dinner cocktail will be served over a bonfire on the deck that overview Ziya creek.

Day 05: Ziya – Chaung Sone Village
After breakfast, proceed to Chaung Sone by trekking and hiking (10-mile). Lunch will be served on the way. In the evening, arrive at Chaung Sone. Dinner and free at the leisure.

Day 06: Chaung Sone – Kautaukmyit
After breakfast, proceed to trek and hike to Kautaukmyit camp (7-mile). Lunch will be served on the way.

Day 07: Kautaukmyit – Base Camp
Breakfast at Kautaukmyit; proceed to the base camp (8-miles). Lunch will be served on the way. After trekking and hiking about 8 miles, stay for one night at the base camp.

Day 08: Base Camp and environs
Breakfast at the base camp, stroll around the base camp. Lunch will be served at the base camp then trekking to the surroundings of the base camp. Dinner and overnight stay at base camp.

Day 09: Base Camp – Chaung Sone
Early breakfast at the base camp; come back to Chaung Sone by trekking and hiking (15-miles). Lunch will be served on the way. Dinner and overnight stay at Chaung Sone.

Day 10: Chaung Sone – Khalang

Day 12: Wanglai – Upper Sangong – Putao
