MYANMAR VISA ON ARRIVAL
MyanmarVisa’s objective is to facilitate travelers to get Visa without having to go to Myanmar embassy in their countries, thus saving time and money. Otherwise those who want to visit Myanmar , for example, from Russia, visitor has to either send or go personally to Moscow Myanmar Embassy which means to wait 2 weeks by post or take a 12 hours flight to and fro. MyanmarVisa fill in this gap by applying visa on behalf of visitors in accordance with the regulations set out by the Myanmar authorities.
*** Note: Just a quick update for those who plan to apply visa from 16 March 2014 for pre-arranged visa on arrival that Myanmar Immigration Department will stop receiving application to make changes. Please advised to try to apply through Embassy if you have any chance to do so. We will update more news on 17 or 18 April about this.
It is required by Ministry of Tourism that VOA applicants must submit the complete travel plan. Therefore, for the time being, include your travel plan (hotels, guides and flight information). You can give us the hotel booking and guide name from any agency you deal with.

– Myanmar Visa on arrival is applied for citizens of the countries where there is no Myanmar Embassy.
– Citizens of listed countries ( 31 countries in part 1) who live abroad, working abroad and do not have chance to reach Myanmar Embassy

Myanmar Visa On Arrival Procedure:
1. You submit all the necessary information to apply for Visa as listed.
2. We will inform you the receiving and approval status after 2 days.
3. We will send you the Visa Approval letter.
4. Print out your Visa Approval letter to check in at the airport and board on the plane to Myanmar.
5. Pay for visa stamp fee and get your visa at Yangon airport.

Who is able to handle Myanmar Visa on arrival
– Only travel agencies who have been liciensed by the government will be able to make visa on arrival to Myanmar for you.
– All the visa on arrival takes from 1 week to 1 moth processing
– Myanmar Visa procedure: travel agencies will collect all your documents, applying to Tourism Board in Nay Pyi Daw ( new capital) . After having all the visa letters, they will send those documents to the airline that you will take to come to Myanmar and send copies to you
