While we are still waiting for the official launching of E-visa from Myanmar Tourism Administration, taking visas from Bangkok or Hanoi seems the easiest way for those who connect their travel in these countries.
Please spend your time to follow our suggestion to get the fast Myanmar visa:
1. Calling to Myanmar Embassy in Hanoi to check all the document needed. There may happen some updating but basically, you will need:
– Passport with 6 month validity.
– 02 passport size photos.
– Filling the given form at the Embassy
– Sponsor letter from Local Myanmar Travel Agency or Hotels, flight booking for your Myanmar Trip.
2. Visa types:
– You are mostly offered visa for 28 days visiting.
You can apply with 2 process: normal process and express process.
Normal process will take you from 6 to 10 days.
Express process may last from 2 to 3 days.

3. Some special notes:
– Please apply your visa in the afternoon. Morning time is for visa delivery.
– Please be patient to call for checking visa, the answer procedure is slow sometimes.
– Please check carefully with Myanmar and Vietnam holiday calendar. It affects a lot with your application.
– Prepare 20 USD in USD cash, not Vietnamese or other currency to pay the stamp fee when your visa is approved.
– Keep your receipt carefully. If you loose it, it will be more complicated to take the visa though it is possible.
