Prime Minister David Cameron wrapped up his visit to Myanmar with a private tour of the Shwedagon Pagoda, the most popular tourist attraction in Yangon.
The Shwedagon is the most sacred Buddhist pagoda in the country and dominates the skyline in the former capital.Earlier in the day, Mr Cameron spent the morning visiting Myanmar President Thein Seinmet before meeting with pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi.David Cameron is the first British prime minister to visit Myanmar since it won independence from Britain in 1948.
